Today I have two things for you.
The first one is a tasty smoothie recipe. This one is very refreshing and I love the subtle taste of aloe vera juice in it. Aloe vera juice alone needs a little get used to in my opinion but in addition to the smoothie it’s surprisingly tasty. Don’t ask me how that works! :-D You should definitely give it a try!
Refreshing Smoothie with Aloe Vera
(makes 2 servings)
- 2 oranges (peeled and seeded)
- 1 ripe banana (peeled)
- handful of grapes
- 2 tbsp aloe vera juice
- a pice of ginger (about 2-3 cm, peeled)
Blend all of the ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
