“Whaaaa” was all I was thinking when I read about this combination. I never thought about mixing bananas and peanut butter before, but I just had to try it. Since I love banana and I love peanut butter, it HAS to be good! So I tried it and YES, it’s good! I actually wonder, if mixing in chocolate would go well? Gotta try that next time….
For 2 shakes you’ll need:
- 1 banana
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup (or other sweetener)
Mix up all ingredients in a mixer and enjoy!
